Spring has sprung on Bluebell Farm and it is Trevor the tractor’s surprise birthday bash. Soon after Tara and Tyrone set off for the special event, they encounter a small, lost bicycle pump in need of help.
 
If they stop to help him they won’t make it to the party in time so they have to make a quick decision...
 
What will they decide to do? Who is this mysterious pump and are his elaborate stories true or is he just full of hot air?
